It's been a trip....On the 15th, Noah woke up at 2:30am throwing up and threw up several more times before 6am. At 9am he fell asleep, slept until 11:30, got up, went to the bathroom and then crawled in bed with Aaron until 2pm. Thankfully, he woke up from that feeling MUCH better. He had energy, color and an appetite.
Noah's done with his steroids and antibiotic so now it's just he inhaler and Zyrtec, well, plus the Singulair and vitamin. That means that his cough was asthma related and made worse by allergies.
Mason's still got congestion off and on, but he's been that way since birth. Thankfully he sleeps MUCH better now, so he's got allergies too.
Everything's still moving along steadily. I don't feel like it's Christmas time, but here it is. We're headed to Pennsylvania Christmas Eve day to see family. Our first trip over 30 minutes. I'm not sure it will be a good drive, but it'll be nice to see family.
Noah's loving his Elf Speckle. Santa delivered an elf to come watch over Noah and make sure he's a good boy. He goes to see Santa every night and comes back and gets into something for Noah to find. So far he's made a Christmas count down, drawn on a photo, made a powdered snow angel, eaten Oreos, taken pictures, played on Noah's laptop, painted a sign for Noah, hung from the ceiling fan and played in the Christmas tree.
Noah's doing great in his gym class still. He's playing with kids better, still talks too much, but he's getting there. Yesterday he took them chocolate covered Oreos as gifts. He loves them a ton. He got a ribbon for completing a building block there. He was so proud!
Writing's going really well for him, so is counting. He used to get stuck between 12 and 15 but now he can count to 30 on his own!
Mason's learning a ton too. He discovered the baby in the mirror last night after bath. I loved it. He talked to the baby, tried to eat the baby and then refused to let go of the mirror. I think we need to get him a special baby mirror so he can see himself all the time downstairs. He tried out his first sippy cup yesterday too. Right now, he still refuses bottles so I'm not surprised he doesn't give a crap about the cup.
