Last night we went to moms for a final dinner. It was fun to get to see and talk to our closest family and friends. We laughed, I nearly cried and we all said good-bye.
There's been added stress lately. Friday we found out that the company in charge of our move went bankrupt the week before. That meant we might not get to leave on the date assigned to us and we might not have packers.
I'd like to stay longer, sure, but Aaron has to get to DC ASAP and we have to leave by the 4th.
As of this morning, we have movers, we're waiting to hear if we have packers coming. If not, the next 48hrs will be crazy.
Saturday Noah and I got to to the airport a bit early, 40 minutes early. When it was finally time for him to get off the plane, he was one of the last. It was nerve wracking standing there waiting and waiting! Finally, when he did come out, Noah had to take a few seconds to process who he was. Haha.
He had a blast looking at the airplanes and looking for "daddy's pwane".
While we were waiting for Aaron's bags they watched a few more planes.
While Aaron went to find his bags (they came on an earlier flight it turned out) Noah got excited, tripped and face planted on the "carpet" and got rug burn.
