And then it rained

The last two days have been pretty standard around here. Went from extreme heat to extreme cold and wind.

Noah wanted to learn about thunder and lightning, so he sat at the window and stared. When the lightning would flash, he'd yell out "lining!" Then he'd wait for the thunder and shout out "dunder!"

We looked out back for a little while and for some reason, Noah wanted to kiss the rain.



We went up to get ready to put him to bed, and there were some beautiful views we got to see.




We also got some great news!! We are going to Washtington DC! We still don't know the date, but we know the location. For now, that'll do. Aaron and others he's talked to recommend the Silver Spring(s?) area since it's between the current Walter Reed and Bethesda (where it's moving to apparently).

Yay! Well. I'm off for the weekend, plenty to do around here!
